Lesson Eighteen

Today i worked on fixing my blog. i need to fix up my interests button and home button as the links weren't working on them properly.

i also was talking to maxi this lesson. she is a MAJOR DISTRACTION :L :L only kidding
buuuut anyway, i have all my content to put on which i will do tomorrow when i stay back. Tonight i am going to hassle steph for some photos to put in my gallery cos shes has got TONS !
and i don't have many >< She is veryt forgetful so i hope she remembers to do it !

ohh and i have to remember to bring my note in to stay back (:
this assignment is due on Friday and i cant wait for it to be over and done with (:
i hope i can get it done and do what i want to do with the website and finish it how i originally planned it to look and have all the content i want on it (:

Lesson 16

re wrote my about me

waited for miss toget to me

tried to fix my nav bar didnt quitew work
planning for the weekend to write all the information to put onto my webpage aswell as photos and stuff.

Lesson Thirteen

In todays lesson, Mrs McKee was away and we had Mr Flitcroft as a sub, and he was on ebay the whole time :L :L

Well, today was a single and i got my banner, and all of my buttons completed. Now, i just need Mrs McKee's help to put them onto my webpage. Today i was also resizing my buttons to 4x1.

Next lesson i am hoping to get all of my buttons and banner up, and hopefully my webpage will start to come together.

At home i have also written information for my about me page, i am also gathering pictures, but it seems i dont have as many as i thought i did, so ive been giving my memory stick to my one of my year nine friend (steph) so she can give me some photos, because she has taken all the photos since we we little kids. and stored them up on her comp. :D =P

hoping AND praying ill get this assignment done in time because right now i dont think i can. LOL

Lesson Eleven and Twelve

in todays double, i worked on completing my banner and my buttons to go on my web site. With ALOT of ASSISTANCE from MAXILENE (the photoshop pro of the class) i was able to finish my banner which i am happy with and some of the buttons i wold like to go on my web page.
i also became alot more familiar with some of photoshops features (With help from maxi) and next lesson i am hoping to finish off my buttons, so then Mrs. Mckee can help me upload them ontp my website, so it atleast has something on there.
ahhh. the assignment is due in a couple weeks and i DONT think im going to finishh buut i try do me best (Y)

hopefully next lesson my web site wil actually start looking like one :L

In todays lesson there wasnt much progress going on :L
was still doing banner and updating blog posts :D

Lesson Eight and Nine

This lesson was a double and for the first half of the lesson, we finally went through how to use dream weaver. I am kind of worried about using this program as i haven't used it before, and also to create things to put on your website you have to use programs such as adobe photo shop which i don't like using because I'm so bad at it >< although with a bit of practice I'll get better.

Then in the second part of the lesson, my friend Rachel spent time in our class and she helped me design the banner for my website, which is still a working progress. I plan for it to be bright, have a picture of a butterfly on it to show how individual i am as a person and also some really cool swirls and things like that.

This lesson some problems i encountered were using photo shop as i couldn't work it as well as i wanted, and also understanding how to use some of the features on dream weaver

next lesson i am hoping to finish off my banner in photoshop and learn now to get the banner on my page

Lesson Seven

Today in class Mrs. McKee was away. (N)
so we had Mr. Herrick as a sub. We were told to continue on with our dream weaver assignment and update our blogs.

After reading the next task (task 4- producing a solution) we had to complete a gantt chart. As we made a gantt Chart for one of last years assignment, i was familiar with what they had to look like and what they had to contain. Although this year we had to use the program Microsoft excel.

This lesson, i updated my blog page, choosing a new template, and drew a draft for my gantt chart. I drew a gantt chart (rough copy) so i could confirm with Mrs McKee if it was right or not.

Lesson Four

AGAIN i forgot to publish this post :P

for the 10/08/09

Today i completed my hierarchy chart, although i think i might need to make a few changes to the layout so it can all fit onto my page. Not much was done this lesson, although i did do my first hierarchy design, which i think i will use to do my story board.

Lesson Three

9th August 2009

I accidentally forgot to do a blog entry for this date, although i did write down what i did that lesson on a piece of paper......

In today's lesson, i worked on setting up my folio. i opened my folio from last year of my USB, and used the layout to design my folio for my current task. Then i transferred information onto it but used the same logo an structure.

Lesson Six

Today is the day the first part of our assignment is due. I have completed it FINALLY the day before it due so im not leaving it to the last minute like some people did (:
After looking over my assignment i could definitely see areas such as my questions where there could be improvement, and areas where i don't know if what i done was right :S

After looking at my assignment and Jessie's im not sure if i had to include a detailed bibliography at the end of my folio as i referenced the websites directly under each copied section of work, but i am going to do it now, AND USE MY LAST PRINTING CREDIT !!!

Lesson Five

This is the last lesson before our assignment is due and i am asking all my questions and getting through my work. This lesson i have been "consulting" with Maxi about my answers task 2- the questions. Although i still have to think of more questions for y investigation so Mrs McKee doesnt eat me :)

Lesson Two

In class today, i think i worked productively and got some work done.
Today i completed task One- Designing the problem and made good progress into Task 2-Analysing the problem. This lesson i had some trouble with the deisgn brief as i had trouble understanding i was no longer Marissa, i was a consultant from Magic IT consultants.
Next lesson i am hoping to finish Task 2. Also next lesson Mrs McKee will be going through bits of Task 3, that will hopefully help me complete it before the due date.

Lesson One

Today in class we worked on our assessment tasks.

I have read through it in class again and have some questions for Mrs McKee for next lesson. i have also asked one of my class members maxi for help on the assignment- to briefly outline what to do and she answered some of my questions. Today, i focused on trying to edit my blog page and find a blog template to make myblog look a bit better. Next lesson i am hoping to ask Miss questions and start the assessment.
